Inno Mechatronics is a family owned company, based in the Dutch High Tech region of Eindhoven. Our core business is contract manufacturing of sheet metal based mechatronics.

From the early beginning in 1987, we developed from a sheet metal processing company into a Tier 1 mechatronics solutions provider to the Medtech industry. We have engineering, fabrication and assembly under 1 roof. Metal working is still our strategic strtength.

Product knowledge and a specialised, reliable supply chain are key elements of our operations. Our solutions put you on the fast track of acquiring a high quality mechatronic product. Whether it's a module of a larger system, or a complete mechatronic system that can be drop-shipped straight to your customer, we can take care of it.

As a company working for medical industry we are aware of our societal impact. Also on ESG, Inno Group takes its responsibility for its impact towards environment, social conditions, and governance. This is set out in our ESG policy.

We expect the same from our stakeholders we work with. As part of this ESG policy we have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct. The Code sets out how we expect our suppliers to do business and to act in line with our ESG policy.

This Code of Conduct covers ethics and integrity, data privacy and security, inclusion and diversity, employment, working conditions and human rights, well-being, health and safety and environmental sustainability.

Medica 2025

21 Nov 2025 - Düsseldorf. Inno Mechatronics and Asian strategic partner Keymate participated at the Medica 2025 in Düsseldorf. From Nov 17 to 20, we were in Düsseldorf to reconnect with representatives of existing clients and have some interesting talks with new contacts.
