In case these control boxes need to be built into the medical equipment (instead of located externally), requirements on size, design, and safety increase. Medical equipment control boxes

We specialise in Patient Positioning Systems. These systems are part of diagnostic and treatment equipment. Insulation of singnals and radiation are key to a smooth operation of the equipment. This requires special design of the control boxes.

For MRI systems, we produce the filter boxes in brass. This specialisation made us the biggest single consumer and processor of brass sheet metal in The Netherlands.

Another requirement for MRI is the use of shielded cables and signal filters around the connections.

When it comes to manufacturing the metal box of the control system, Inno has all required engineering and production capabilities in-house. Our sheet metal factory produces metal housing with complex requirements in shape, surface treatment and connections. We apply advanced production techniques like robotic laser welding and bending to achieve a high level of precision.

Ceiling suspensions

Ceiling suspensions are used to move diagnostic equipment into their required positons smoothly and precisely. They usually consist of a main rail system for movement in X direction, a smaller rail for lateral movement in Z direction, and a vertically oriented system for movement in the Y direction. The vertically oriented part contains the diagnstic module. This module might again need to be manually rotated.

Mechatronic Modules

Mechatronic modules are part of a wide range of medical equipment. From simple trolleys with a moving tool attached to it, to armatures with linear movement, to multi-axis patient positioning equipment. Mechanical and electrical components are combined, movements are automatically controlled. All functionality needs to be packaged in an attractive, handy, ergonomic body, while all high requirements for safety, precision and quality need to be complied with.

PPS - Patient Positioning Systems

Patient Positioning Systems (PPS) are used in a wide range of medical equipment. PPS need to be compatible with the main functionality of the medical equipment, while providing comfort to the patient and positioning the patient or medical tool with high precision. We develop and build beds with multiple axis linear positioning, ultra stiff table tops and fully automated control.
