Concept Development

Good Medtech products don't pop out in 1 day. They require a long chain of steps involving conceptualisation, value engineering, feasibility studies, prototyping and testing. We engage in concept development with our customers. We prefer early stage involvement in the process, so we can add value with our expertise in Design fo Manufacturing (DfM). Except for B2B concept development, we also engage in academic and multi-party R&D projects. The latest example of this is
Concept Development

Proof of concept

Design of concept is important, but proof of concept gets you closer to the eventual product. Our engineering and production staff work closely together when a concept goes from the drawing table to the workshop floor.

Our mechatronic assembly service can be applied to a single model, so a client can test, adjust and improve based on real operational data. Our engineering team combines all required disciplines for developing a mechatronic system.

We apply the following principles:

DfX - Design for Excellence

projects start with Projectteam review on design, testing and production requirements - how can yourproduct be made and tested as efficiently as possible.

DfA - Design for Assembly

We look at the manufacturability of yourp roduct early in the development phase. Optimally designed parts and drawings for efficient & reliable assembly.

DfM - Design for Manuifacturing

Early in the development phase, we use our experience and expertise to develop the best possible product design. We tailor our hardware to customer specs & documentation. We eliminate production problems at this early stage, which leads to lower production costs and a shorter time-to-market.
