Concept Development

Good Medtech products don't pop out in 1 day. They require a long chain of steps involving conceptualisation, value engineering, feasibility studies, prototyping and testing. We engage in concept development with our customers. We prefer early stage involvement in the process, so we can add value with our expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DfM). Except for B2B concept development, we also work on multi-party R&D projects with academic institutions. The latest example of this is Scan2Go, a project in which we develop a patient positioning chair for an autonomous MRI system.

Product design in medical technology - design for the optimal combination of aesthetics and functionality. For product design, we often collaborate with the contractor or a specialised design house. In the design phase, we contribute to the design in terms of manufacturability, mechanical properties, serviceability and user friendliness. Prototyping

Prototype & small batch production; we support you in each step of your product realisation. Prototyping is key to optimising your product before mass production. By carrying out the prototying process together with our customers, we gain deep knowledge of the product, and can assist optimising it for mass production. Part of the prototyping phase is also the testing. Functional tests and endurance tests prove functionality and durability.
