Lean production & QRM
Producing an electro-mechanical medical device, requires a lean production process that is compliant with all requirements. Product safety standards are high and can only be met with a standardised, well documented and precisely monitored way of working.
We apply lean production methods and work according to industry standards as laid out in the ISO 13845 norm. Customer audits and inspections keep us sharp and have helped us over time to professionalise our processes. That's why we work with leading brands in the Medtech industry.
