Prototyping

While building prototypes, our team already thinks ahead about the optimal procedures to mass produce the product. A process engineer is involved to design an optimal production setup, taking into account space, stock keeping of parts, order of assembly, availability of parts, tooling and required output per month.

We have experience with producing in cells and in lines. For each new product, special tooling and supporting infrastructure is put into place. We map out the assembly steps and record takt times. The products we assemble usually also require further quality related processes. We offer on site support with Functional testing, Endurance testing, I/O testing, Quality Inspection, Documentation, Labelling and Packaging. If needed we can carry out everyting that is needed to have your product complete for drop shipment straight to your cusomer's site!
